I must first begin this blog by apologizing for missing last week! It was Ella's 5th birthday and I'm afraid my brain was all consumed by that, sigh. However, I do have a card to share with you today for this Months Black and White (okay so I cheated a little and went Black and Cream) theme.
Hmmm, maybe I shouldn't have told you it was cream, tee hee. I used Basic Grey's Little Black Dress patterned paper, with a Lacy Black peel-off sticker as a background to the most gorgeous Stencil, the Cameo LL3017 . I did the simple pasting technique using the Pearlescent Embossing Paste, and because I used it on Black Cardstock, it turned slightly silver, but in a sophisticated tone, not too shiny silver to set off the Vintage look.

It's the overall impression that counts ( and enjoying the process ...can't make it too rigid or you'll crumple )! Love the card the striped paper really gives that old fashioned vintag é feel...thanks for playing always enjoy seeing your work.
